Engineering

From design to shipping product.

The engineering page turns the design strategy into a build plan: interface, extraction, review, storage, and reports.

Start a projectBuild strategy

01 - Framework

One framework, three services, no surprises.

Next.js frontend

Interactive product surface, route structure, Ethos-ready clients, and reusable workspace components.

Logic service

Metric extraction, code/log parsing, file inspection, model routing, and report generation.

Storage layer

Supabase Auth and Postgres hold user-owned project JSON now; file objects and richer collaboration come next.

02 - Routing

Two paths. Take the second.

Expensive path

Send every pasted artefact straight to deep reasoning and pay for avoidable work.

Ethos path

Parse obvious metrics and logs locally, then escalate only when interpretation or reasoning is needed.

03 - Roadmap

From this design to first real user.

v0

Beautiful frontend, Magic Ingest, browser-persistent projects, and editable report previews.

v0.2

Service endpoints for ingest, metrics, file metadata, assistant route, and report generation.

v1

Persistent projects, real auth, collaborative review, exports, and paid plans.
